Puppy Pre-School & Puppy Pre-School +
Foundational Training Programs for Puppies
Getting a new puppy can be one of the best experiences; they’re super cute, playful, energetic and can provide so much joy in your life! However, it is important to raise them with proper guidance and structure starting Day 1. Just like with toddlers and kids, freedom is earned with puppies; if freedom is given too easily, puppies can take advantage of that! Let us take the stress away by letting us board and train your puppy and give them daily training, structure, play time and socialization while also communicating with you in the process via our Group Chats. Joining the FFK9 pack, we ensure your puppy gets the proper foundation and training to be an excellent addition to your family.
We have two puppy programs: PuppyPre-School (PPS) & Puppy Pre-School Plus (PPS+). The main differences in these programs is time. Whether you’d like us to get your puppy straight from the breeder/rescue or train them after you’ve had time with them, either is a great start. With our PPS+, the 4 weeks allows us to focus mainly of potty and crate training for the first two weeks, with the 3rd and 4th week working on foundational obedience. Basic commands and marker words are introduced during our Puppy Board and Trains such as come, let’s go, sit, down, place, off, good, no, and break! We will also introduce various confidence boosting exercises, proofing your puppy environmentally, and proper socialization/neutralization with people/dogs/sights/sounds & more.
Puppy foundation is VERY important long term. Just because your puppy is young does not mean it can’t have obedience and good manners! Blaming bad behaviors because of a puppies age is a common thing we run into clients saying and this should never be the case! Puppies can be well mannered while still being able to “be a puppy”. We’d love to have you join our FFK9 puppy pack and start your puppy off right!

All-Around On & Off Leash Training Program
Our most popular package! Are you experiencing problem behaviors in your dog like leash pulling, nipping, jumping on people? Is your dog reactive? Want more focus and engagement on you instead of everything else? Does your dog think its a game when you ask them to come? Does your dog drag you down the street? Or do you just want all around well-trained dog? Let us do the work for you.
The Advanced Skills Board and Train is designed to set a solid foundation for you and your dog. Your dog will learn advanced commands, how to be calm in the home and in public, heel and loose leash walking, on/off leash obedience and of course correcting those unwanted behaviors!
Our Advanced Skills Board and Train lasts three weeks to ensure that your dogs behaviors are generalized before they come home. During this training program, your dog will learn obedience commands such as come, let’s go, sit/stays, down/stays, place, heel, off and of course marker words to be able to reward/correct your dog in a clear and concise way. It is highly recommended to do a board and train if you do not have the time for lessons. You will not regret getting this training done!
The Advanced Skills + offers the same training, except we add on an extra week for dogs that might need more time. For example dogs who are a bit more reactive on leash, or you’d like to add an off leash heel. Both programs include off leash “lets go” which is perfect for having your dog follow along with you on hikes or just stay in your general vicinity.
Your only job is to maintain the training once your dog comes home! A go home packet will be provided for you at the turnover lesson so that you can have a visual reference on how to continue to work on your pups newly learned skills at home.

All-Around On & Off Leash 4 Week Training Program- Our Advanced Skills Plus Plus lasts four weeks. We do not rush dogs. This program includes everything the regular Advanced Skills offers except we add on an extra week in case your dog needs it. Payment plans are available!

Behavior Modification
For Dogs with Aggression, Severe Reactivity, or Extreme Fear
Do you have a dog that is dog aggressive or extremely reactive to the point you fear something bad might happen, or perhaps it already has, or maybe you’re just afraid to even walk your dog? Is your dog extremely fearful and insecure and needs a lot of confidence building along with obedience training?
This program is designed for dogs that have one or more of the following behavior issues: dog on dog aggression, human reactivity, possession aggression, resource guarding (food, toys, etc), redirected aggression and other aggressive behaviors.
As soon as we get your dog, our work begins. Instead of putting a band-aid or punishing your dogs undesired behaviors, we help them work through their fears. 99% of dogs act out because they have learned this behavior eliminates their fears. We work on this by counter conditioning their fear response, turning something they perceive as scary/bad into something rewarding. Once this behavior is taught and the dog knows what is acceptable, we will hold the dog accountable for their behaviors going forward.
FullFocusK9 always operates transparently and we will provide you with truthful, reliable and unfiltered advice. Aggression, fear, and reactivity are not easy fixes and take a minimum of 4 weeks, depending on the dog. Aggression will be evaluated on a case by case basis. The cost for behavior modification is variable depending on the severity of the aggression/fear.
We will update you on the progress of your dog and advise along the way. When it comes to aggression, nothing can be 100% guaranteed for life. Along with other factors, it is important to realize how much genetics can affect a dog’s disposition and in some cases, management through training and obedience may be the best option for you and your dog.

Behavior Modification
For Dogs with Anxiety, Aggression, Severe Reactivity, or Extreme Fear- Our Behavior Modification Board & Train lasts 4-8 weeks. The program is goal-oriented and not time based which will help you and your dog in the long run. Dogs with prior "bites" you can assume will need a longer program. We do this for the dogs and dogs like this take time to change. Payment plans are available!

Beginner Basics Board & Train
Training Program for Dogs Needing
In Home & On Leash Manners
If you’re wanting to further your leash and handling skills with your dog, this program is for you. This program is great if you are wanting a better behaved dog inside your home. This program is NOT for off leash obedience, or in public outings and socialization, as that would be our Advanced Skills Board and Train.
This program will go over everything covered in our Advanced Program, just on leash and in and around the home only. This program will be good for clients who just want their dog to have better manners in the home, and a desire to walk their dogs on leash. Some cue’s your dog will learn: off (correcting nuisance behaviors), place, come (long line recall), extended sit/down, heel and loose leashing walking & much more! It is important to note that this program will NOT require our trainers to take your dog out to stores/field trips. This program will be focused on how your pup behaves in and around your home.
Proper equipment is provided in this program. An e-collar is available for purchase as an add-on which will help with nuisance barking, ensuring manners and other things in the home.

Beginner Basics
Program for dogs needing in-home/on leash manners- Our Beginner Basics lasts for 3 weeks, give or take your dogs needs. If you'd like a longer program for more exposure and/or something specific you want worked on with your dog, we can add a week for $1000/week. Payment plans are available. E-collar is not included but available to purchase separately.
